About

A graduate of Vancouver Film School's Sound Design For Visual Media course in 2015. Super passionate about creating the most immersive experience for the user through audio in games media. Very excited and intrigued to continue to learn and grow my love of audio.

Currently I am based out of Montreal Canada but originally from Edmonton where I started my career as a QA tester turned audio analyst at Bioware. In 2019 I moved to Montreal to work with the Motive Montreal team on Star Wars: Squadrons as a sound designer. After shipping Star Wars: Squadrons I worked on and shipped Dead Space Remake which I took on a technical audio role. Looking forward to the next project!

Skate - Skate is a series of extreme sports games primarily developed and published by Electronic Arts.


I am working on Skate now as a technical audio artist.


Dead Space Remake - A survival horror video game remake of the classic 2008 video game of the same name, developed by EA Motive

During developement I moved into a technical audio role for Dead Space. I worked on physics audio for props, creating a new scraping system in the frostbite engine together with a programmer. I also implemented, tested and worked on an occlusion system taking advantage of the games room system. I also worked on weapons, haptic feedback, foley, and mixing.
The audio team also got the opportunity to put on a live stream long before release about some of the exciting systems we were adding to the game and I was able to take part in showcasing some of the systems on the live stream!

Star Wars: Squadrons - Space dogfighting combat Star Wars game developed by EA Motive.

I was a sound designer on this project and worked on the components, weapons, damage over time systems, capital ships, cockpit UI, and helped on some missions.



Anthem - Online Action role-playing video game developed by Bioware.

I was a an audio QA tester on this project. I also implemented most of the UI audio in the launch title.



Mass Effect Andromeda - Action role-playing video game developed by BioWare.

I was a general QA tester on this project. 


Paramnesia by Shafakat Reshamvala - a Digital Design graduate's final from VFS.

Sfx editor, Dialogue recordist, Re-recording mixer.

 

Golemancer - game collaboration with Vancouver Film School game design students.

I created, recorded, edited, implemented sfx and dialog assets.

 

El Retrato Hablado - A short thriller film from a graduating Emily Carr student, Juan Diego Monsalve.

I was the foley artist and editor.
